1. Don't start a three-hour errand excursion with a triple venti latte.

2. Don't go to a Borders that is in the middle of month-long remodeling adventure, but still keeps the doors open for business.

3. Don't, ever, ever, assume Kinko's can do anything while you wait. Even stapling three pages together will give you an estimated pick up time of 9 hours after you need it.
